AN MAZING STORY

Masereka Abdul, Logistics officer CEW-IT.
On 28th August 2013, I was happy with CEW-IT for accepting everyone including the driver to put their skills in practice. Here I am at CEFORD office retooling staff on ICT platforms such as Blogging, use of Face book for advocacy and information sharing on service delivery and policy development, YouTube now on this you typically share Video graphs, twitter and Skype these are high level information sharing platforms for professionals. Now these skills I just imparted into the brains of staff at CEFORD are gonna enable them to interact with friends and colleagues within the CEW-IT Family and world over. The achievement for the day was at least three staff were able to open Skype and face book on their own.
For the organization we managed to develop a blog and this is the link http://cefordarua.blogspot.com and the staffs are already uploading the stories.

Neighborhood assemblies

there he is explaining the experience to the staff members at Cew-it Uganda office

My experience on CEW-IT Neighborhood assemblies
I joined CEW-IT UGANDA this year as a logistics officer, this is my experience in the field, I have been in the field in places like SOROTI, GULU, KUMI, ARUA, YUMBE and AJUMANI. In the name of amplifying the community’s views (the voice of voiceless) what embraced me in CEW-IT -UGANDA is that, they move far a way to communities using neighborhood assemblies and ICT tools such as Website,e-liblary,facebook and   twitter. Where by the communities came together and share their own issues and they forward them to the person concerned in their community. That’s the approaches which make CEW-IT –UGANDA unique organization.
